Demonstration of my "Relax" salt lamp

This is small salt lamp with integration of a micro-controller Attiny85 and a 3 LEDs shield. I programmed the controller to help for cardiac coherence. The LEDs are set up with a random color in shades of blue. Their brightness increases during five seconds, then decreases during six seconds. To do cardiac coherence, you must inspire during the five first seconds when the brightness increases, then expire during six seconds when the brightness decreases.
